Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

In its original, unused condition

Unwashed and undamaged

With original tags and packaging intact

Items such as undergarments, customized orders, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide the following:

Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
